Natural Resources and the Green Transition Energy, minerals and sustainable development in a European perspective Welcome to Høyanger! A central aim of the Erasmus+ collaboration is to explore shared challenges and opportunities in Europe. During this visit, students will examine how natural resources are used and managed in the transition towards a more sustainable society. The programme focuses on three key themes: energy production, mineral resources and circular economy. Through visits, presentations and case work, students will explore both the opportunities and the dilemmas connected to resource use, industrial development and environmental sustainability. The final day will bring these themes together through discussions and case work, encouraging students to reflect on how societies can balance economic development, environmental protection and future needs.
